Overview

Logic Solutions builds custom software for companies and helps them integrate AI into their technology stack. Quantum Compliance, its SaaS subsidiary, is an EHS software company. I was the marketing assistant on both accounts at MOVE Communications. Don Hart was the interim CMO, and he and the client made the final calls. I made the work and shipped it on time.

Logic Tech Events

I was the marketing assistant on three of Logic’s Tech Events, evenings that brought executives together around new technology. I handled the marketing: the production schedule, the promotion and the follow-up.

The AI Avatars event used an AI avatar in every promo. Guests tried live avatar demos and an AI photo booth, heard how the avatars were built, then had dinner.

Event speaker presentation

For the AI Avatars event, I designed the presentation deck for Bou-Yu, Logic’s Director of AI, and worked with him on the content.

Event recap presentations

After events, I presented recaps to Logic’s leadership: Jimmy, the CEO; Matt, the CTO; Allan, the VP of Sales; and Don, the interim CMO. Each one covered attendance, sign-ups versus shows, and the open and click rates of the email campaigns that promoted the event.

I also put together a plan for improving future events. It ranked the biggest problems by priority, with a fix and a way to measure success for each, covering how the events were named, how early speakers were confirmed, who was invited, and how topics were chosen.

Over two years, I ran email campaigns for Logic and Quantum, from event invites to newsletters and product updates. The 25 Tech Event emails performed best: 50% of recipients opened and 13% clicked, compared with 33% and 6% for Logic’s general newsletters.

A video podcast where Logic’s developers break down software trends for business leaders. I wrote the scripts, hosted, and handled recording, editing and publishing. Episodes covered RAG and AI hallucinations.

Updated Sales Deck

Logic was working to reposition itself around AI and bring it into the services it already offered. This deck was the main tool for that shift. I revised it over many rounds and ran three executive breakfast sessions to get outside feedback as the positioning took shape.

Prospecting

I supported Allan Techko, Logic’s VP of Sales, with prospecting for his sales outreach and Logic’s tech events. Working from his target list, plus companies I found on my own, I researched more than 50 companies, mostly in the Fortune 500. Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, I found more than 200 decision makers, including CTOs, CIOs, directors of technology and innovation, and VPs of marketing, and built contact lists for his outreach. I added the contacts he wanted to keep to Logic’s Zoho CRM.

Quantum Compliance

Email campaigns before and after trade shows, including ASSP, VPPPA and the Indiana and Ohio safety conferences, plus product campaigns and LinkedIn posts for Quantum’s company page.
